We were devastated to learn the passing of our dear friend Onion (@Onion004).
Onion was one of the buns who helped us create the first BunPicsMonday. He was an amazing rabbit, whose handsome little face brought us all smiles. We could tell that Onion was very much loved by his mum, whom he loved very much in return.
We'd like to dedicate this week's theme of 'buns interacting with their humans' to Onion— fitting, because his mum and him were so close.
To Onion: Thank you so much for sharing your life and adventures with us. It is because of beautiful, special buns like you that help people realize how truly unique rabbits are. We will never forget your big soft ears, and gorgeous big eyes. You have forever changed the lives of people and buns around the world. We will all carry you in our hearts always until we see you again. Binky free and high over the rainbow bridge Onion. Many nuzzles and nosebonks from all your friends.

ReplyDeleteThe hoomans that experience bun-love are the wuckiest hoomans in the world! Because a buns trust and love are hard-fought to win! We are wary and many of us, that are wescued, have had difficult and scawy beginnings at hooman hands. To punch through those boundaries and succeed in winning a buns love and trust is difficult, but once accompwished, entitles the hooman to feel that special bun love and trust that is so amazing and deep!!
Onions momma earned and felt, that love and twust fwom Onion...makings her a vewy wucky hooman indeed!
